Funny how all the major parks in US cities and highways just happen to always destroy a minority neighborhood.

The US helped to found and popularize the Nazi party. Ford and other industrialist literally bank rolled the Nazi empire. Ford built factories in Germany and let them keep the profits. Nazism was very popular in the US because its policies were based off US policies.

Hitler was inspired by the way the US genocided the Native Americans. This is where the Holocaust came from. When Hitler initially decided to expel the Jews wealthy industrialists lobbied the US government not to take them in. They helped stroke anti-Jewish sentiment in Europe and ensured that no other country would take them in.

This lead to the final solution. IBM and other US companies gave material support to the Nazi. Those numbers tattooed on Jewish prisoners were from a census system IBM developed. Later, they used their computing power to figure out how many jews to ship from the ghettos to the death camps without backing anything up. Basically they handled the logistics of the Holocaust.

      Henrietta Lacks

Lacks was the unwitting source of these cells from a tumor biopsied during her treatment for cervical cancer at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1951. These cells were then cultured by George Otto Gey, who created the cell line known as HeLa, which is still used for medical research.[9] As was then the practice, no consent was required to culture the cells obtained from Lacks’s treatment. Neither she nor her family were compensated for the extraction or use of the HeLa cells.

That’s such a tricky one because unlike the other examples, this has benefited humanity. There’s no going back on it and until other cell lines are more common, we can’t really discontinue using the HeLa cells.

At the very least though, that whole family shouldn’t have to work a day in their lives from all the profits the private pharmaceutical have generated from it. If I was a part of that family, I’d demand a full ride scholarship from Johns Hopkins.

This is why black people don’t trust doctors.

antivax as a movement didnt come around until an asshole doctor lied about the safety of vaccines, to sell his own vaccine… and took off like a rocket when that miserable Jenny McCunthy decided it had to be vaccines, and not genetics, that caused her not to give birth to the perfect blond haired blue eyed child she deserved.

A couple of those were directly profit motivated vs the government choosing to do some f’d up stuff on their own. Yeah, government stepped in, but who started the problem isn’t the same. Either way, wealthy people pushing the government to crush the peasantry for them isn’t much difference.

Mkultra is STILL treated like some nut job conspiracy theory.

I bring it up as example of how the government will do whatever to whoever and lie for decades, fuck the consequences.

People look at me like I’m crazy, and plenty have even straight up told me mk ulta isn’t real, is just a conspiracy, just an excuse for hippies who did too many drugs, any number of “that didn’t happen” excuses. Including “if it actually happened, we would know”. To which I responded “THEY FUCKING ADMITTED IT” and that was the end of the conversation because I cursed and therefore lost an “argument” I didn’t know I was in…

    Ohio is crazy…

It doesn’t excuse anything but I do take great joy in him knowing that he was a failure at his lifes work in the end. For someone like him I bet that really messed with his head.

    So… a funny thing actually just happened…

    https://www.fox5dc.com/news/tulsi-gabbards-office-denies-florida-lawmakers-claim-cia-raid-seizing-jfk-mkultra-docs

CIA whistleblower testifies in Congress that the CIA basically raided the DNI (Tulsi Gabbard)'s office, to retrieve various files relating to JFK and MKUltra, that Trump had actually ordered be unsealed.

    Anna Paulina Luna corroborates this.

Fox News (nation wide) runs a segment on this with Jesse Waters.

Then, a bunch of people change their tune.

Paulina Luna claims her comments were misconstrued.

    Gabbard denies that this happened.

Jesse Waters removes this, his own segment, from his own social media.

Gabbard’s PR person says basically ‘no, a raid did not happen on that day, but about a year earlier, the CIA did confiscate some documents from the DNI, and they still have them.’

… at least that is my current attempt to comprehend this.

So uh… the DNI is supposed to be in charge of the CIA.

But, if you know anything about the CIA… they do whatever the fuck they want, to whoever they want.

There is only a single example of someone ostensibly directly in charge of the CIA that actually attempted to reign in the CIA and hold it accountable, make it stop doing things it wanted to do.

His brain got painted all over Dealey Plaza, in 1963.

    EDIT:

Another thing that I am… confused, currently, by:

How is it possible that… there exist any MKUltra documents… that could be declassified?

In the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, in 1977, then CIA Director Stansfield Turner, explained that in 1973, the CIA Director at that time Dick Helms… ordered all the MKUltra documents to be destroyed.

But, approximately 20,000 documents were missed by this desctruction order, mostly financial and accounting documents, still remaining in basically a forgotten annex in DC.

To the best of my knowledge… those 20,000 documents are what comprise essentially the corpus of what has been discussed since 1977, they’re what’s been poured through to figure out who was getting paid to do what kind of work at which kind of site in whatever location, with what kinds of equipment, etc.

So… did… did we just miss some of those, somehow?

Or… did Turner lie to the Senate in '77… and… there were at that time, and still existing to the present currently… more documents than those which survived this supposed destruction order under Helms?

Like genuinely, I am misunderstanding something here, or is that not the implication of ‘there do in fact exist any potentially unclassifiable MKUltra documents’?

Well at least Operation Northwoods never happened. It was just a draft and Kennedy refused to sign it into action. Don’t get me wrong, it is pretty fucked up that it came that far, but at least it never went into action.
