

I doubt it. Mexico doesn’t adhere to NHTSA FMVSS standards, unlike Canada and the US. This is why Mexico has foreign brands like Renault, Peugeot, MG, etc that the rest of North America* doesn’t get. Mexico also continued to sell the 1990 version of the Tsuru (Sentra/Sunny) in base, no airbags until 2017, which wouldn’t have been legal in the US past 1998.

According to this Wikipedia list, if we exclude everything built after 2001, the Trump World Tower would be #6 just in NYC (after the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, 70 Pine St, 40 Wall St, and Citigroup Center). But it does note that the Trump Tower was the tallest residential building in the world from 2000-2003, a ranking that would not have been affected by the fall of the WTC.
