    Un. Fucking. Believable.

Id expect nothing less from a man who dogged a draft by faking bone spurs and who’s only able to be an alpha when he’s raping innocent young children.

    Pathetic.

Protestors need to know how to contact their local ACLU. If you’re doing this level of protest, probably should preemptively havea contact with them and memorize the contact phone number

There are legal services you can subscribe to that give you a phone number to call if you get arrested and they’ll send out a lawyer. The one I have is $300 a year.

The ACLU will probably be charged alongside any protesters anyway, just to eliminate using them for legal counsel under the guise of “because I said so” and Judge Cannon et al will just accept it

It already is, there’s been a shocking and historically unprecedented number of grand jury "no bill"s recently in DC and LA when prosecutors try to indict random protestors with felonies, which is incredible since those are basically unheard of.

Yes. I think people are wise to the fact that the simple potential of facing charges is the threat that is supposed to intimidate and suppress opposition. Tying someone’s life up in a trial that has no chance of seeing a guilty verdict is the actual punishment they are aiming for because they know they have no legal standing.

The petit jury nullification is coming. You’ve got defendants in DC insisting on their speedy trial rights because they want to get themselves on front of a jury right now in the present moment.

The GOP needs to pass emergency legislation - Immediate life sentences without trial for anyone that hurts Trump’s dainty little feelings.

After years of saying “Fuck your feelings” to “snowflake” liberals, Maga and Trump keep proving themselves to be the most delicate little snowflakes on the planet. Every fucking thing the GQP and Maga says is projection.

We tried to tell y’all that the RICO prosecution attempt against Cop City protestors was a test and attempt at setting precedent.

I wish the irony of him proving the protesters right by doing this wasn’t completely lost on that dumbfuck.
