The IWW (NARA, not just a GMB) brought this up at the ICL congress that happened a little while ago. Basically, the CNT can’t give out details of internal discipline and these processes take a while. They could be de-federating already, or any other manner of things, but they can’t tell us. They already condemned it and laid out a path to incorporate sexual and gender diversity in collective bargaining at the last CNT congress, which happened shortly before the ICL one.
