I would suggest to continue experimenting with dips, especially with a more straight up posture which targets more triceps vs a leaning forward posture which targets more chest.
You can progressive overload forever by adding weight = weighted dips.
As a bonus, they are a great all-around upper body compound exercise.

I see Alexa is on the LG TV, and there’s a way to turn it off in settings, but is it actually truly off when you do this (do u know)? lmao

One of the big ones: motivation.
Most people when talking/thinking about “motivation” are referring to extrinsic motivation.
Even if they make a distinction between intrinsic and extrinsic, they basically assume these add together to create “more” motivation.
However, they don’t sum together. One crowds out the other, like in a neverending battle.

Everything that can possibly be ruined, they will leave no stone unturned

Hasn’t combat sports kinda always been this kind of thing? Brutes beating each other up for a chance at their “freedom,” for everyone else’s entertainment? That’s what it was bound to be in a capitalist society anyways.
Speaking as a martial artist myself who sees the “interesting” side of fighting.

Intellectual property is just an extension/form of capitalist property. Capitalism is class warfare, yes.

Sure thing boss

Not being lame and pathetic means putting a rug and art in your house
Right, as if things haven’t already been fucked up entirely in the default of capitalist ownership
