For people who are unwilling or unable to buy into the console ecosystem for these few exclusive games, they are literally deciding they would rather have none of our money than the some they would get by offering games on other platforms.

I read what you said, and historically what you said is true, where a game will come out and be exclusive to Playstation for a few years before releasing on PC, but they have confirmed that they won’t do that anymore. Maybe you are right and they will change their minds, but it doesn’t negate the fact that they said they won’t.

PlayStation says no more single player games on PC unfortunately.

I’m on book 12 of The Wheel of Time, The Gathering Storm. So far not seeing the changes of Brandon Sanderson’s writing in how this book is written but I am still enjoying it. Maybe his writing is more apparent in the later parts of this book. Either way, the ending of 11 got me really excited for what is to come in the final parts of this epic story.

I mean they were out of stock for weeks, presumably waiting on manufacturing new devices, which are now more expensive than when they were first released, it’s not like they were sitting on a ton in a warehouse or something.

I don’t think you’re supposed to do that. Firing it with no bolt can cause a lot of stress because the released energy isn’t transferred into moving a projectile.

I’m so excited for this when my little one gets older. Both sharing what I used to read as a kid and reading along with whatever the new hot series of the time will be when the time comes.

It’s better to do a thing than live with the fear if it.

Very nice, I just started 10 and I’m excited to see how the books change when Sanderson picks up the reins. I have loved the series so far though, but I read almost all of Sanderson before even starting The Wheel of Time.

I just finished up The Expanse with the final novella after restarting the series on book 7 last week and now I’m back into fantasy land with book 10 of The Wheel of Time, Crossroads of Twilight. Sadly this is the lowest rated of the series and supposedly the “final boss” of “the slog” between books 6 and 11. Robert Jordan is just so easy to read and/or listen to though so I’m still having a good time, even if not a lot happens. I’ll probably plan on polishing off the remaining 4 books after this and then I need to decide what series I’ll start next.
