i like openstreetmap a lot. There is also this another application called street complete, with which you can help make it better. Its kind of like a game, there are question bubbles on the map and you answer stuff like what kind of roof some building has or what is the condition of the pavement on some area. Its really nice since its so easy to do and you know you are helping when you use it.

And if you REALLY want to help, openstreetmap has very good tools for adding information, though you need to use the website for it since it can get quite complex which makes it a bit more cumbersome.

And in google maps, you just get denied when you try correcting something that is grossly wrong, or have to wait unspecified time to even know if your correction is good enough for whoever is deciding stuff there.

only thing i can think of is ask them really personal questions and then ask if they have something to hide if they dont want to tell you. And then escalate to ask access to their stuff so you can check for yourself if they still dont get the point. And finally point out that companies dont have to even ask, they just get that information without telling you because you agreed to whatever terms they have presented to you.

Trying to do something about bots is okay. “attitude” is iffy but still kind of understandable, though already a step in worrying direction. But surely its implemented in transparent and fair way… right? Actively lying to users so they cant use images that MIGHT have content coder doesnt like? What else are they lying about? What else WILL they lie about? And that it reduces your reputation while not even informing you about it?

It doesnt matter if your ideals are noble and intentions good, if you dont act with integrity you are no better than the ones who are making world shitty place.

only reason i can think of is if llms became really widely utilized, the ones who control them would gain so much control over everything. They can spy through the models and they can use the models to influence those who use them.

I dont think its ultimately even about the money. Who cares about money if you have control, which you can utilize to get more money and whatever other horrible goals they might have in mind.

I dont want to even think about what kind of world we would get if LLMs became successful… Its bad enough already.

if you operating system is compromised, you cant make it secure no matter what. Just like if thief has keys to your home, no amount of security will make your home safe. At best you might know if you have been burgled.

So its either using non-compromised operating systems or just submitting to the fact that you have no safety.

why must everyone insist on the ai bullshit? are they really that blind to how populace views it? Not using it and actively refusing to use it would be beneficial instead as it would set you apart from others and literally cost nothing, or infact less than nothing since you wouldnt have to pay for the grifters to include their bullshit in whatever you are doing.

some bread you like(soft bread is good for this), cheese slices, tomato. optionally tuna or salmon if you can find some with decent price, maybe some spices(i like dill and oregano). You can also just skip the tuna/salmon, its pretty good with just cheese and tomato too.

Butter the bread, put tomato slice on it and cheese on top of it. Put it on oven and set it to 200c. Let them be there until cheese has properly melted and bread has toasted a bit. Take it out and put tuna on top of it or small slice of salmon. or put something else you like on it.

You can put the spices on top of the cheese before the oven or after it.

And naturally you dont have to make just one singular bread, make as much as you want.

Another food i have been occasionally making is mashed everything. I boil some potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots until they are soft, then just mash them with the wooden… smasherthingy…? (perunanuija). Add some cream if you want, also some salt and other spices you feel might work (again, i like dill and oregano, they go with everything. Some other spices might work for you better so experiment). If it tastes good, its done, if not you could try putting it on stove for some time so new ingredients mix up better.
