Oh dang this is finally getting an anime, didn’t realize it was finally happening. I read the manga for a while years ago but dropped it shortly after the big shift happened.

I probably should have worded my comment better: final volume in a specific box set, not like after the series ends. Either way it’s not gonna be soon unfortunately. Enjoy the volumes though!

There seems to be about 2 years after the final volume comes out in English before the box set is released for other Jump series. No idea where the first set for this series would be but it’s gonna be a few years before it happens I’d bet.

I got one after watching Daniel Greene’s video on it. Immediately flashed the community OS version and it’s been a good time. Much like the article says the biggest problem it has is it’s CPU speed. Any book I try to open for the first time (specifically with cover images) takes at least 30 seconds to open. Once past that lest there are more images it’s smooth sailing the rest of the book.

This is the first time I’ve seen a game recommend 32GB of RAM needed to play, and considering it’s twice as much as Lego Horizon’s I’m guessing they just passed the threshold and decided to double it as opposed to optimizing or specify a non power of 2 quantity of RAM. These requirements still seem unreasonably high for a Lego game, is there really that much more packed in here than Lego Star Wars on the Wii?

Checking out the road map, nothings changed in a hot second. I think they’re just trying to spread the word about it in general

PCPartPicker has a general price tracker where you can see how much RAM has spiked in such a short time. It really emphasizes how crazy things have gotten

They have a pro version that adds AI features, no idea the pricing yet though. People are also speculating that it’s also an ad for the parent company’s product Canva. And then the final guess is the standard enshittification where they try to corner the market by being unreasonably cheap for a while.

It’s been a few years since I read it but one of the bigger selling points is the art is amazing, it was a silly fun time with a fairly unique premise for a manhwa. The basic premise is in a world with magic this one girl uses a summoning spell for the first time and summons a NEET from our world. It turns out this NEET is incredibly powerful when summoned and they go on an adventure to save the magical world (a few times? IDR). And there’s a good amount of character growth as the story progresses. It’s only 117 chapters so pretty short as far as manhwa goes.

Her Summon was such a good series, I’m still sad it’s over.

1. & 5. I’ve never bought them off Etsy before, but it should be perfectly safe, especially with the reviews the store you’re looking at has. The main concern is how long the link will be available for. If you can I would get them off cults, they host the files and 3D files is their entire business. I’ve used them before and have had good luck with the files. Doing a quick Google I’m not seeing this user on cults though so you’re probably stuck with Etsy, but that should be fine.

2. The easiest file type for printing is .STL and pretty much any print file will already be in that format. You should be good considering this was made to be 3D printed on an Ender 3.

3. Only the arm piece I’d be worried about not fitting on a print bed, it seems a bit long. Bit the listing does say it fits an ender and specifies the volume of that printer which is a pretty standard volume. You’ll want/need multiple print batches to get everything done but you’d want to do that anyways.

4. I think most professional places charge based on time and material used. I honestly couldn’t say how much that would be. I think a decent amount of the online print shops have a quote estimate to give you an idea. You also might live in an area with a library/community maker space with printer you could rent, they tend to only charge for material (kilo is $15~20) but it might be a little harder for a good quality print of the bigger pieces. They’d also have people there you could talk to about the whole process which is always nice.

One other thing you haven’t mentioned is post processing a 3D print. It’ll be a good amount of priming and sanding for that so be ready for hours of that.
