Reminds me of a time where you could download YouTube videos by finding the link to the .avi file in the HTML source code of the page. Kid version of me felt like such a hacker.

Smh I was fine with both. The upper one reminded me of the X Y axis we use to represent functions in maths. While the lower one represents altitude on a 3D map.

Honestly I deactivated history, which disabled the feed. It felt bold and overkill but actually I don’t miss it one bit. I only look for channels and content I like, my YouTube screentime went down 90%.

Lived in Bcn and all this tourist hate is ridiculous misdirected anger. Tourists are good for the economy. Now the “tenedores” (people/company owning many properties), the locals that sold to them, lack of regulation/enforcement and opportunity outside the cities, those are bigger issues. But easy populist justification is: iTS tHe tOurIsts 🔫 There’s no single answer to that problem but Spain has around 4 million empty homes.

On Reddit there’s a lot of “lemmy’s too complicated to be adopted by the general public”. Ik we don’t all have the same tech literacy but it doesn’t seem that complicated, like, do you understand emailing? Then you understand most of what lemmy is… (also you don’t even have to understand the intricacies to enjoy your experience there)
