Im not a communist or “socialist” btw (assuming the typical American biased understand of those terms).

Maybe you’re right, but I remember than in the 2000s I’ve had identical cpu heatsinks in both copper/aluminum versions, and the aluminum one had better performance. And then they started to make hybrid ones, stating that the copper part was to allow rapid heat transference and the aluminum parts to improve dissipation. But maybe it was all marketing.

Copper is better conductor but it’s worse at dissipation. Do the experience yourself, heat a block of each and then touch them afterwards.

Why copper? Aluminum works way better as a dissipation surface.

For me its about what you said: processed is adding stuff to preserve and “improve”. Nothing bad about frozen basic ingredients that arent cooked. Also in my country fresh veggies and fruit are cheaper than frozen ones.

Maybe its a cultural thing, but mostly fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh meat, fresh fish… I think you got the idea. Frozen veggies are good too (if not pre-cooked or seasoned).

Oh boy, if you really think these are healthly I have bad news for you… Sure there are worst options around, but that still counts as processed food on my book!
