Ok, thanks for the heads up. I installed the Flatpak and works great so far. I’ll know what the cause is if I get a similar error

It does and its what I’ve been using. But its the Desktop Site and I assume they want to (as I do) use a controller or remote and a TV optimized interface.
Just looked up VacuumTube, that they mentioned, and it seems to fit the bill perfectly (for me) and I’ll check it out later
Warum nicht ein bisschen von beidem?

I know this is patient gamers, but this was one of the best years in gaming for a while.
My personal top 3:
Silksong - I played like 2h of Hollow Knight many years ago, then took a small break, but was so lost when I returned that I never touched it again, until Silksong got a release date and the hype made me check it out again. Amazing game and Silksong is even better. I 100% Silksong and I’m super excited for the free DLC next year. I kind of rushed Hollow Knight though, so I might return for some late-game stuff.
DK Bananza - honestly didn’t expect to to enjoy it as much as I did, really fun and creative 3D platformer with some of the best and smoothest movements in any of them.
Expedition 33 - Honestly this was mostly off my radar for most of the year. I had heard about it now and then, but the turn based combat didn’t sound appealing to me. When it was nominated for more VGA awards then any game before it, I checked it out as well. Also an absolute banger. Great Art, Story and the turn based combat is a lot more fun than I thought it would be, really in depth to get the most out of each character. While J personally enjoyed Silksong the most this year, I can definitely understand the hype around it
I’m also looking forward to playing metroid prime 4, probably some.time next year
Looking at the blackbody radiation temperature color relationship from Wikipedia, I’d say the color roughly corresponds to 2500K ~ 2300°C ~ 4000°F
The red outside would have to be at least ~800K ~ 500°C ~ 1000°F

Actual source:
Bottom right it says OICA, which is the ‘International Organization for Motor Vehicle Manufacturers’ and the numbers correspond to total motor vehicle productions (not just passenger cars, at least for most regions) for 2024:

as far as Minecraft content goes, check out Kolanii. He only uploads only every couple of months, but thats because you can tell he actually spends all that time one the video…
He started out with One Block Skyblock stuff, then did absolutely insane builds in Hardcore and has recently transitioned into a whole Kolanii cinematic universe in his Hardcore World. If your mainly interested in that, start with the an AI joined my World video, uploaded about a year ago

do you have the flatpak version of Lutris installed by chance? If yes, the correct path would be:
~/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/data/lutris/runners/proton/

I think they should’ve called it Electron, since a Proton is a specific particle (or more accurately specific combination of 3 Quarks = Baryon) while Leptons are a whole class of particles (electron, myon, tauon, Neutrinos).
I know Electron is already taken by the JavaScript Software Framework Tool, but still.
Gluon would be a great name to combine all these different tools with each other, where the correct Proton/Lepton/FEX or other (future) translation layers are used automatically, so the user doesn’t need to know that there a different technologies under the hood depending on what your trying to run

Waydroid is a container (like docker), not an emulator. So waydroid on its own on a regular x86 Computer will Run only x86 Android Apps, but if it were installed on an ARM machine (like one if the Snapdragon Laptops) it would run normal (ARM) Android Apps (and no x86).
To run any android app on x86 you need to emulate ARM, which waydroid doesn’t do on its own, but scripts exist to add it to waydroid; https://github.com/casualsnek/waydroid_script
I’m assuming Valves Lepton does all if the for you, as well as using some optimized settings for some of the most popular Apps.
When I last used Waydroid (also about a year ago) I had problems with GPU Acceleration not working. All I wanted was SmartTube on my HTPC, but all videos were insanely choppy and laggy, so I hope they focus on that a lo. (if anyone knows a way to get ad-free YouTube with a TV like interface for free on linux, please let me know :) (I’ve also tried Kodi with a YouTube Plug-In and while it worked, the interface was pretty ass, so I’m just using Firefox with UBlock and a Bluetooth Mouse+Keyboard, which works but it like to be able to control it using just a cheap USB remote that I have)
CIA is not mentioned a single time in the linked wiki article
And you’re insanely insulting the the real victims in Xinjiang

And only HDMI 2.0, not 2.1. At least it has DisplayPort.

They have the Geo Mean at the end. Converting to percentage:
100% Ubuntu
106% Fedora Workstation
107% OpenSUSE Tumbleweed
113% CachyOS
Almost, from the wiki that someone else posted:
The passenger carriages were undamaged and were easily removed. […] When the locomotive reached the railway workshops it was found to have suffered little damage

Oof, von 85€ zu 155€ seit Anfang Oktober für 32GB 6000MHz (günstigste Set auf Lager)

used to be, but in the last couole of years Legos quality has only gone down, while the price stayed high. Lego now has the same ‘quality issues’ that the other manufacturers have at more than double the price. Lego includes ugly stickers in $500+ ‘Ultimate Collector Sets’, which is just a joke, while the competition has printed bricks in most sets these days (super cheap sets still have stickers).
Explanation: Up until 2010 LEGO had a trademark/copyright on their Bricks, but a EU Court decided that the interlocking design can’t be trademarked as a ‘functional, technical shape’. Before then, mostly incredibly cheap Chinese knockoffs existed, since then other manufacturers have been improving quality control and in some cases surpassing LEGO now.
