It’s ironic that while I guess it about the Washington post (could be nyt), I’m at a loss of which one of the shitstains in a diaper they are referring to.

That is good, although I notice only Latin America got included out of the western hemisphere. (US is 11. 1.
The 21st century seems like a repeat of the 20th. A terrorist attack sets off a world wide war, a global pandemic, an economic boom resulting in major crash, sufferage given to repressed minority groups, and the rise/popularity of far-right movements. But we are only up to the 20s, so expect in the future: -A long lasting economic depression due to deregulation and over-valuation of companies in the 20s, -Isolationism in the US -Economic issues in Russia due to war -Election and control of counties given to far right movements/dictators. Cap it off with a world wide war starting next decade where nuclear weapons will be used. (quarter to half billion dead).

Sounds like a forlorn hope, especially from countries that won’t exist in the future.

Yep, don’t disagree. But to some extent, Isreal already believes that it is in a war with Iran.

Nope, I think this falls under the ‘war’ flavor, not terrorism.

This is a bit misleading of a headline. It’s entirely about PFAS, while yes they are used in Li-ion batteries, they are used very extensively across a huge amount of manufacturing.
Might as well say: Plastic used in EVs threaten world and environmental disaster through micro-plastics. And then talk about plastic manufacturing.

Simple, hold all federal spending for the state. Start moving all federal jobs out of the state, start a BRAC to close all military bases in the state.

Tesla is literally the Apple of cars, and your surprised that it’s a monopoly? Gesh

They don’t, just like the league of nations could stop Hitler.

And more likely to overall fail. https://www.theregister.com/2024/06/05/agile_failure_rates/

Meh, humans will survive, literally, unless Antarctica heats over 200 degrees from now, we can survive somewhere on the planet. We won’t prosper, there will be billions of deaths and an unimaginable about of loss, but short of planned deliberate nuclear war or large asteroid, we’ll survive a little.

Supposably for beam forming 🤷🏼♂️

Most cities do this for major events for years… So nothing new here.

That’s what the Arab league has been saying for 70 years, people are finally listening to muslims now it seams

It only kinda works, and has big problems: https://youtu.be/ubzTs8ybYZM?si=RHANOH5yitJz5S4E

There are 12 teams, so 12*1.4 million…Steph Curry makes more then the entire WNBA pays it’s players.

It’s literally a choice between status quo, or the last election in America. If it’s sunk, that is more a result of you then anything the entire Democrat party can do.
Only last century? Try last few millennium…

Don’t worry, global warming doesn’t exist in India.
Makes a lot of sense if you look at it from a desire to destroy public trust and incite civil war
