First picture seems very early though as she looks to still be in a hospital gown with significant swelling and peeling. In the second photo, you can still see scarring on the neck, and not where the makeup starts under her chin. Her skin looks pretty smooth though, considering. I’d assume similar discoloration remained on her face since it’s visible in neck.

But regardless, what an improvement. Hope the treatment continues to improve

Both PETG, ABS/ASA will provide a hard/strong plastic finish and much better creep (plastic deformation over time) than PLA. PETG is easier to print if your don’t have a (heated) enclosure, and fumes are less toxic.
