Yes, I do. I sometimes have problems with other types of wool, especially around my neck and collarbones (I can wear wool socks however). But I never had any issues with my merino leggings or shirts. Absolutely no scratchyness for me. Your mileage may vary though.

I don’t have anything to add to the answers to your question but I would advise to avoid Shein even second hand. Their clothes have been tested to contain dangerous levels of toxins several times. Other fast fashion brands are not more ethical in production but at least they keep the chemicals within the regulations.

I don’t know how I ever lived through winters without my Merino leggings. They are warm and comfy. But they were not in a price category I would buy 8 of them.

It’s neither necessary nor recommended to wash wool that often. For me it’s enough to air them out on my balcony over night and only wash them after several wears, so I’m good with 2. But if that doesnt feel right to you, them maybe wool would not be the best choice for you (or you’ll have to replace the leggings more often).

Germany, the European country that took in by far the most Syrian refugees, took in something between half a million and a million, about the same amount as Lebanon, which is about 16 times smaller populationwise. Going down the list, before you get to other European countries, there are several other countries in Syria’s neighbourhood — Jordan, Egypt, Iraq.

So I think it’s fair to say that the majority of people try to stay in the vicinity of their country and only flee farther if they have to.

I know this is a lot more difficult than it sounds because attention is a finite resource, but giving each of them the attention they need. This does not have to be the same amount for each child but none of them should feel like the other one is getting attention when they need it.

Most adults I know that don’t get along with their siblings felt like they were neglected compared to the other sibling(s). Whether that’s objectively true is hard to tell but it’s worth checking in with your children from time to time.
