So, no, higher learning isn’t a scam… however I would encourage searching for a reputable university in an area with a growing need. Perhaps it’s worth searching for your government “planning for the future” to see which careers they feel will be required in the future

I’m not sure at the technical level, there’s definitely inconsistencies though. For example, you can’t watch youtube, but I would often get YouTube notifications. Yet, the block was still significant enough all of my “offline” videos stopped working because I hadn’t logged in for 30 days.
