Just had my first ever CT scan. The technician was utterly lovely while I had a cry.

Woke up with a headache so bad that I checked my ambulance membership. It’s receded now, but it’s a very quiet day for me today indeed.

Got knocked down by a headache this afternoon, so have been resting with a nap or two. Very annoying, was really looking forward to a good gym sesh.

I made the mistake of going back to sleep for an extra half hour and ended up with a freaking headache :(

Went to the gym to reset myself after yesterday’s failure of a workout. Spent more time in the massage chair than anything, but hey, I went and it was still better than yesterdays!
