He did, and his friend was acting dumb.

I work in the woods. I keep pens, a compass, a roll of flagging, and ear plugs in those pockets.

Why use obvious materialist explanations when you can have unexamined idealism instead?

The freedom to live a long and materially secure life doesn’t count.

Well that could mean a lot of things, but they’re all bad.

This is real?

The very first thing I learned about Kamala was that she’s a prosecutor, and I immediately told my wife I’m not voting for a ticket with a prosecutor on it. I guess I’m a little different than these nerds.

No. That’s a good point. This guy seems to be a rare asshole. In fact, all I know about Linux is that it has something to do with this dummy.

Probably. I’m sure they’re obligated to restrict their operations in all kinds of ways.

Amarcho-natoism

Imagine arming a bunch of religious reactionaries in Afghanistan, gloating when the USSR failed to stop them from consolidating power, ruining the lives of 100s of millions of people, having these same reactionaries kill your own citizens, and then ignoring all of this just to make this stupid meme.

There’s other means to play hardball and get the votes you want, but it requires wielding power. I haven’t seen Biden threatening base closures, having the dept. of labor aggressively prosecute prominent, rich opposition figures, hold up highway funding, start adding supreme court judges, or do anything really.

I get it. I always regarded Besarabia as having kinda fuzzy borders. My great grandfather was a jew that grew up in a town next to the Dniester River, on the Moldovan side, but I’m pretty sure I had a bunch of Jewish ancestors on the Ukraine side as well. I think of them all as Besarabian jews and just kind of squint at Moldova as approximate/close enough Besarabia. I never thought of the exact border location’s eventual consequences for the more Russian facing slavs and Moldovans in the east. Interesting.

You’re far closer to this area than I am, but I always considered Besarabia to basically be the area that is now Moldova. Maybe I’m misunderstanding you.
