2·3 years agoThose beaters are great stress relief too, but the apartment may hinder your efforts. I used to have a great doumbek and I will get another one someday.
I started playing the guitar, the act of needing to use both hands, my eyes and mouth (when singing) puts me in the now and removes all the bullshit. Maybe an instrument might work for you.
