  • You would have a point if it was sanctions alone that Russia was facing.

It is fortunate in this case that Russia is also up against a well motivated Ukrainian army whose attacks have been increasing in sophistication as the war has progressed. Russia on the other hand has been on the back foot recently, they have appeared unable to adjust to Ukraine’s drone strikes on logistics behind the front lines and have had a net loss in square km gained the last 4 months in a row.

  • We’ve been hearing the same idiots saying “sanctions didn’t work immediately therefore they don’t work” since 2022. Those of us with higher than room temperature IQs realised that Russia planned for the war and sanctions to the tune of a $600 billion savings fund.

I still find it hilarious that Russia left about half of this in hostile countries that confiscated it immediately. Imagine Russia had that extra cash? They probably would have had a chance of winning this war without that blunder.

  • After the dust settles Russia is going to be well and truly under China’s thumb. Putin will forever be known as the leader who gave up Russian sovereignty in a vain attempt to earn the title “Vlad the Great”.

I still don’t know how the bald fraud gets all the credit for Russia simply cashing in on years of high oil prices. He was lucky to be in charge when the going was good,he mistook his luck for ability and now here we are. The fool could have gone out on top but instead chose to play the 19th century game of geopolitics forgetting that nukes are a better deterrent to invasion in the modern world than mountains or rivers.

  • I grew up hearing that the middle east was a tinderbox of conflict due to bloodthirsty war hungry Muslim Arabs. These uncivilised swine are incapable of governing themselves, look at them! I now realise the brainwashing and manufacturing of consent regarding Arab Muslims that has been fed to me all my life, ramped up to the extreme following September 11 2001.

When I got older and wiser I realised that none of what I’d heard of the area added up. I learned how the Europeans, the British and the French drew lines in the sand to facilitate resource extraction, betraying the Arabs who fought bravely against the Ottoman’s rule. These lines were also drawn in such a way as to place warring tribes in the same areas so none gets strong enough to challenge colonial rule. Divide and conquer.

Britain along with the Zionists were happy to import European Jews into Palestine for the same reason. Since Israel was brought into existence in 1948 as an official settler colony state, they have been at the heart of every single conflict in the area. The mess in the middle east is entirely the fault of the colonial European powers, Israel and latterly the USA.

What has happened to and is happening to Palestine is a stain on the soul of humanity. Those in power in the USA and the EU have the power to stop this but don’t share Israel’s guilt for the genocide. I have seen enough pictures of burnt, shot and mutilated children to last a lifetime. Fuck Israel, death to the IDF and free Palestine.

  • Learn what the Yuan dynasty is maybe before saying this kiddo?

Why so cryptic, if you have something to say it just say it.
What do you want to know about the Yuan dynasty, you don’t seem to know much about it.

No, they didn’t gain full independence. No one on earth has ever said that that hasn’t fucked a kid.

You quoted the whole paragraph but only addressed a tiny part, what about the other 700 years you fool!

Cool, a Chinese province was temporarily occupied a millennia after it became a Chinese province. Amazing.

You just brushed over the more recent milenia where is wasn’t a part of China. Which is why Xinjiang means new frontier and was given that name in 1884. You act like China has had uninterrupted ownership of the region. How is about 1000 years “temporarily occupied”? This is why current China is engaging in cultural genocide in the region, the people there are not Chinese, unless you count all of the recent Han imports to the region.

Or, it’s like you forgot this fact and pretend these regions were ever independent because your owner paid a lot of money to make you believe that.

I’m not American, I’m Irish you fool. Just because you lick the jackboot of your owners doesn’t mean we all do like you. How does that boot taste by the way? Rubbery?

You are the one that brought this up. You are exclusively the one that spoke about this. I have already answered absolutely everything else that has been brought up. Read the fucking comments.

No you haven’t my evasive friend. I was specifically addressing the parallels between imperial Britain and modern imperial China and how both engage in strikingly similar programmes designed to take away the mother tongue of the local people.

  • The absolute cheek of you buddy, first you don’t answer any of my points on the imperial Chinese cultural genocide and then you tell me to learn some history. How about learning a bit yourself?

China hasn’t even been under consistent Chinese control for the last thousand years, you are forgetting all about the Yuan dynasty, Mongol rule over China right around the time you claim Tibet has been part of China since. Sorry buddy but you are just claiming Mongol history, unless you yourself are Mongolian?

After the Mongols we had the Phagmodrupa, the Rinpungpa, the Tsangpa, the Ganden Phodrang which takes us all the way up to about 1720 when the Qing established a suzerainty. Tibet gained full independence in 1912-51 then came Chinese defacto rule. So yea about 70 or so years being Chinese.

Xinjiang was under the rule of Turco-Mongol Khanates from the 9th-18th century. The Qing defeated the Zunghars to establish imperial control and named the area Xinjiang (which means “new frontier” even the name of the place is laughing at your lack of knowledge you fool!) on 1884. Then we all know after the fall of the Qing China was a mess with the place loosely governed until China officially took control again in 1949.

It’s almost like you forget that China has risen and fallen apart several times in its long history.

Now can we get back to China’s current cultural genocide in these regions that have clearly not always been Chinese?

  • Xinjiang and Tibet have only been part of China 70 years, some of China’s most recent imperial acquisitions. China is trying to erase the cultures of the people of these regions. Standard imperial practice.

Funny you mentioned the UK and the Irish language (Gaeilge not Irish Gaelic). If you like I can educate you on how the imperial British erased our language as the common tongue of the country. It involved projects just like the one China is currently engaging in. We former colonies recognise your imperial playbook and will do our best to call you out on it.

  • The Israelis hate this solution more than any other as they know that if there was one state, they would be outnumbered and outvoted by the Palestinians. This is why Israeli rhetoric towards the Palestinians “breeding like rats” is so vile, they know they are outnumbered and another reason they are so eager to carry out their frequent mass killings or their more recent genocide.

Israel will resist this move as much as any of the others. Israel was created by the UN as a settler colony for European Jews nearly 80 years ago. There has been nothing but bloodshed ever since, it’s time to admit the Israel experiment was a failure. I will never understand why the Jews of Europe were not given a piece of Germany for their new state instead of a piece of Palestine that these Jews had no social or cultural connection to.
