Öffentliche Ämter sind nach den Kriterien Eignung, Befähigung und fachliche Leistung zu vergeben.

The condition are, that you can’t be part of the parliament or the government and you have to be able to separate between your job and your political career. You are also not allowed to be active in a party that is against the constitution. Someone who is politically active should not face repercussion for this, as long as he remains neutral in his position as federal worker.

Aa far AS i know there is special protection for federal workers who are part of a party. Her statements were also the view of her party.

Also to put this into perspective. Federal workers (bo matter where they are employed) are legally required to remain neutral. This goes even thus far, that you can face consequences for going on protests. However, the thing she said is not just her position, but also the position of her Party Mera25. There is also a law providing protection for federal workers who are part of a political party. In theory she shouldn’t get fired for expressing the standpoint of her Party.

At the same time our commissar of Antisemitism openly said, in an Interview he attended as said role, not as a private person, that he likes Trumps plans of ethnically cleansing the Gaza strip. In a press conference his actions were defended by stating, that he does not have to reflect the views of the government, even tho his role is part of the government, and the he is not obligated to follow orders if the government.

Yes I know, Germany devinetively has a problem with not being to critical about Israel committing genocide in Gaza.

Sehr gut geschrieben und ich finde, dass da die Kritik und due Gegenargumente sehr gut auf den Punkt gebracht werden. Ich habe das ganze mal angepinnt, damit bis zur eventuellen Veröffentlichung das ganze auch wiedergefunden wird.

Es ist nicht ganz so dramatisch wie du es darstellt. So wie ich Jan van Aken verstanden habe ist man durchaus auch gewillt Waffen zur Selbstverteidigung zu liefern um damit Zeit zur Verhandlung zu erkaufen.

Was mir persönlich auch fehlt ist ein Stück weit die Bereitschaft öffentlichen für Waffenlieferungen als mittel zum Zweck einzustehen.

Streng genommen ja, aber ich denke, dass kann man verzeihen.

Every day i am once again surprised, about how fucked up the US really is

You know that someone is good at explaining when he tries to explain the EU to you and you are even more confused than before.

Es gefällt mir ja sehr in letzter Zeit vermehrt Inhalte von den Linken zu sehen. Das ist besonders in der Aktuellen Debatte, wo sich gefühlt alles um Migranten dreht sehr erfrischend. Zudem schafft es Aufmerksamkeit und überzeugt vielleicht noch den einen oder anderen mit Inhalten.

Da kann ich dir durchaus zustimmen. Ich habe auch kein Problem mit den Grünen an sich, jedoch habe ich für mich entschieden sie nicht zu wählen. Ist halt wie du sagst immer eine eigene Entscheidung und ein großes Abwägen.

Du setzt voraus, dass die Grünen in der Tat auch bereit sind sich gegen die CDU zu wehren. Seit der Ampel habe ich für mich da keinen Glauben mehr dran. So gefühlt haben die alles mit sich machen lassen, weshalb ich nicht daran glaube, dass es jetzt besser wird.

Ich rede hier vom Sozialismus als Wirtschaftskonstrukt im Sinne von “Milliarden für Milliarden statt Milliardäre”.
