You can mix it with sparkling water if you really want a “bubbly Cognac” or, if you are into home brewing, you can try to rebottle Cognac with some priming sugar or carbonating drops

Depends on the content of the letter and who sent it. If it’s from someone I know, I would probably respond with a text unless the letter was letting me know they decided to get rid of their phone and go off the grid or something like that. The last hand written letter I did receive was some kind of repentance someone had to do for the Mormon church. I know they had to send a hand written letter to everyone in my apartment building, not sure if that extended into the other buildings and neighborhood nearby. But yeah, they ain’t getting a response, I wanna stay off their radar

The Departed is a great movie in general and it’s about two men, one is an undercover cop in the Irish Mafia and the other is a Mafia member working for the cops. They are both trying to figure out who the rat is in their organizations without being found out themselves. May not be exactly what you want, but there’s a TON of police corruption in the movie

Edit: I know I’ve seen End of Watch and I thought it was a good movie, but I don’t remember much of it. Apparently that’s about two LAPD cops who get tangled up in some cartel corruption of their department, so maybe that one too?
