Make penalties for business actually hurt the business. With a net income of US$5.8 Billion in 2023 that’s barely a drop in the bucket. Making US$15.9 Million in profit a day this cost them just 13 days of profit
I have worked with and for TCS. Ethics is their very last priority. Most businesses are like that, of course, but they are especially blatant.
That is sad to hear.
