Imagine building a product almost everyone universally likes and then going out of your way month after month, year after year, constantly shitting all over everything and trying your absolute damnedest to make everyone hate you, alienate potential customers, and fuck over every existing customer, for absolutely no reason at all. And they’re still around! It’s baffling.
