    @gingerbier hmm this is tough … like without a reliable way to determine if a heavy user is actively high … not sure what other options there are…

      You’ve greatly misunderstood the concept. Nobody is suggesting that people be allowed to do this on duty. You are lifetime rejected from air traffic control if you have a one-time use of Marijuana. That’s silly.
