I’m not sure this is really a defense of North Korea so much as pointing out how recent US actions incentivize other governments to build nukes like NK has done, which is something the US historically has seen as an undesirable outcome.
They have an entire propaganda arm doing stuff like that. Paid agitators. America has them too.
