In the uk “bean” is slang for 'head"
Meaning you are calling me stupid…
Which i suppose isn’t really an insult, as its true.
Or they’re saying you suck at sucking.
And if they are saying that, it makes me even more stupid for not thinking of that joke. :)
Also UK here. Since it’s mostly used as the verb to mean “hit <someone> in the head”, it didn’t even occur to me to parse the question this way.
Perhaps that was a symptom of my own weak bean.
Where I’m from bean can be a euphemism for a certain part of female genitalia, so I am insulted.

You know how they say “cool beans?” Mine is lukewarm.
Does lentils count? Their like a weaker version of beans. I made a lentil and ham soup with the leftover Christmas ham I had. Pretty yummy.
