    Australia has over 90% and doesn’t have PR.

    NZ does not have PR. It has constituencies like Britain, with multiple members based on a quota.

      Australia isn’t a good representation since it’s compulsory to vote; unless you’re suggesting Canada should enact laws doing the same.

    If that were the case, then my state would not have overwhelmingly voted against ranked choice.

      Most of the time people don’t understand ranked choice because the people writing the ballot measure have a vested interest in making sure ranked choice doesn’t happen.
