I started working out and my sleep got so much better and I’m still mad about it
Having a ‘free’ solution that works better than any drug for many conditions is great!
Started lifting 3 days a week and all the little everyday aches and pains disappeared. 10/10 would recommend.
I live in a walkable city and mostly only go out to go to the supermarket or post office. My physical health sucks, I fear to even imagine how bad it would be if I drove everywhere by car.
Exercise is concentrated misery. Fuck you all.
It really depends on what type of exercise you are doing. I for example really like cycling and can hold speed of around 25 km/h for extended distances. I hate going to the gym though because that actually felt like concentrated suffering to me. You have to do some work to figure out what you can do and like
